Aula Simfonia Jakarta

Located in Kemayoran in Jakarta, this concert hall seats up to 1,200 patrons and is part of the Reformed Millennium Center Indonesia. The larger structure includes a library and megachurch. Stephen Tong from the Indonesian Reformed Evangelical Church is the artistic director. The concert hall features both Western and Balinese classical music as well as gamelan performances. It is famous for featuring the largest pipe organ in Indonesia. Opened in 2009, it is a well-respected stage for local and international musicians.

The Kasablanka

Located atop the Kota Kasablanka mall, The Kasablanka is a concert hall that has hosted many famous international concerts and bands. Built in 2012, it is a modern venue that covers more than 6,200 square meters. In addition to concerts, the hall has hosted various famous speakers including United States President Barack Obama in 2017. Other famous artists who have played at the venue include Michael Bolton, Air Supply and Korea’s famous boy group BTS.

Balai Sarbini

Located in central Jakarta and also referred to as “Sarbini Hall”, this concert venue is located adjacent to the shopping mall The Plaza Semanggi. Originally opened in 1973, the hall was renovated in 2004. The building is a historic landmark, designed to represent those who fought for Indonesia’s independence. A decree by the Indonesian President at the time meant that all significant Indonesian music and cultural performances should be held at the hall. The auditorium includes a cutting-edge acoustic system and plays host to many local musicians and cultural artisans.
