Surabaya Art Centre
The Surabaya Art Centre is the first gallery in the city to offer permanent and temporary exhibition space to both local and international artists. Considered one of the largest art galleries in Surabaya, the venue has connected with various other local galleries in the city, as well as those in Jakarta, to offer fresh exhibits that focus on Indonesian artists. In addition, to its gallery, the art centre includes various workshops, a prospect room, exhibition room and store selling art-related merchandise.

Mulia Art Gallery
The Mulia Art Gallery is a small local gallery that includes works of art by the community including a focus on both paintings and a variety of woodcrafts. Many of the paintings on site depicting Indonesian routines are primarily by local artists from within Surabaya, although some national works are also on display. The most interesting exhibits include wood-carved statues and furniture, to name a few. The gallery possesses ornamental paintings distinguished by traditional Indonesian styles and patterns.
